What is the nature of the relationship between a city, its memories and communities, and its ongoing architectural transformation? Students in architectural history chose distinct sites in Montreal to explore this question between 2008-09.

Feminist Practices
In 2007 architect, curator and editor, Lori Brown organized a group show of design and art by women who consider themselves to be feminist practitioners, including the work of Cynthia Hammond. The resulting exhibition, Feminist Practices, traveled to nine locations in the United States and Australia between 2008-09, and was expanded into a book, published by Ashgate in 2011: Feminist Practices: Interdisciplinary Approaches to Women in Architecture
